What other commercial solely features the product being sold, without any faces, names, etc..., but tells such a compelling story? We have no idea of the background of these star crossed lovers, but in the end we're cheering for them. Why? I think because of the simplicity of it all. We project our own feelings and story, and "fill in the gaps". In essence, we make the story, which is why it is so personally compelling. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
